Find your Herd

How the Herds work

• Herd Lead: keeps the table on the question, makes sure every barn speaks, and submits the table's nuggets after each round on Lead: submit.
• Stride Partners: two barns (one trio), same next gate, different markets, so you can share everything. You read each other your War Maps at 4:40 and agree a check-in day.
• Moderators: Jake, Meg, Adam, Aaron, Hannah and Angie sit in, ask the follow-up question, and add their own nugget at the end. At every bell each moves one Herd on, so every Herd meets most of them. See Moderators.
• One rule at every table: a real number beats a big adjective. "Went from 12 to 31 riders" helps the room; "it went great" doesn't.
